01 Definitions and Scope of Application

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 5rr platform ("5rr", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "member", "player"). These Terms apply to all services published on the website 5rr.cam, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and other gaming services.

3.2 Account Verification

Before requesting a withdrawal or upon exceeding certain limits, we may ask you for the following documents to verify your identity:

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period, and if not used within that time the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• No withdrawals can be made from bonus funds until the bonus terms have been met.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically permitted.
• 5rr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

5rr's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback is credited to eligible members' accounts every Monday. Specific wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a system issue or technical error, the amount wagered will be returned to the member's account.

6.2 Validity of Results

The outcome of all games is determined by a fair and verifiable method. In sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical issue creates uncertainty in determining the outcome of a bet, the decision of 5rr management will be considered final. In such cases we will endeavour to find a fair resolution for both parties.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5rr platform:

• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or artificial betting strategies for the purpose of unfairly exploiting bonus benefits.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimising money obtained from illegal sources.
• System Manipulation: Using any software, bots, or automation tools for the purpose of altering game outcomes.

• Match Fixing: Controlling or attempting to control the outcome of a sporting event.

11.2 Closure by Member
